Meter, in downtown Sycamore, Illinois. Mechanical parking meters, rates are legible on the operative meter but the key is missing. Manufactured by Duncan Industries, Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Rates are one cent for 12 minutes, five cents for 30 minutes and ten cents for 1 hour.
