A blue embedded stamp reads "Maddens Patent James B. & Sons, Chicago, New York, Havana, Adamantose Ware" and a possible trademark "Clow". This fountain was located at State and California Streets, near the Fargo Hotel, Sycamore, Illinois and was one of two located in the Sycamore business district.
